c Gift Packs: organically grown flower seeds. Floral Encounters.

A collection of Native American plants to help encourage our native insects to breed. These plants are ones that are used as food for our butterflies and other insects who so desperately need homes for their young. Offering a selection of native plants allows more increase in insects and also birds who rely on the larva, mostly caterpillars of insects to feed their young in the springtime. Plants can either be used as border plants with other non natives or a section of the garden lawn can be removed and a bed put in. These plants can then be mown down once in springtime ready for next year, so the amount of work needed is reduced to one mowing a year. The rest of the time they are enjoyed for their flowers and help to save our pollinators.
